This Privacy Policy explains how Plus0 handles personal information when people use Plus0, including information processed when a user chooses to connect a Google account or Google Calendar.
1. About Plus0
Plus0 is an AI-powered business communications and workplace assistant that supports reception, telephony, customer interactions, scheduling, and integrations with workplace services.
2. Information Plus0 may process
Depending on the features a user chooses to use, Plus0 may process account information, business configuration information, communication data, scheduling information, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Google account and Google Calendar data
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When a user explicitly authorizes a Google account, Plus0 may access only the Google data permitted by the scopes shown on Google's consent screen. For Plus0's calendar and scheduling functionality, this can include:
- Basic Google account identity information, such as the authorized account email and account identifier.
- Calendar-list information needed to identify calendars available to the authorized account.
- Free/busy and availability information used to determine scheduling options.
- Calendar-event information required to create, read, or update events for user-facing scheduling workflows.
4. How Plus0 uses Google user data
Plus0 uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing calendar and scheduling features requested by the user or an authorized business workflow. Examples include checking availability, coordinating appointment times, and creating or updating calendar events.
Google Workspace API data is not sold, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
5. OAuth connection information
To keep an authorized Google Calendar integration active, Plus0 may securely store OAuth connection information such as access tokens, refresh tokens, token-expiration information, granted scopes, provider account identifiers, and the authorized Google account email. This information is used only to maintain and operate the integration authorized by the user.
6. Sharing and service providers
Plus0 does not sell Google user data. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate, secure, host, monitor, or deliver Plus0, subject to applicable contractual and security controls. Plus0 may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
7. Retention, disconnection, and deletion
Plus0 retains connection credentials and related integration information while the integration is active or as otherwise necessary to operate the service and meet applicable legal or security requirements. Users can disconnect a Google integration in Plus0 and can also revoke Plus0's access from their Google Account permissions. Users may request deletion of information through the support options made available by Plus0.
8. Security
Plus0 uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
