Terms of Service

Effective date: August 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Plus0. By using Plus0, users and organizations agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

1. The Plus0 service

Plus0 is an AI-powered business communications and workplace assistant that can support reception, telephony, customer interactions, scheduling, and integrations with third-party workplace services.

2. Accounts and authorized users

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting credentials. Organizations are responsible for ensuring that people who use Plus0 on their behalf are properly authorized to do so.

3. Third-party integrations

Plus0 may allow users to connect services such as Google Calendar or other supported providers. A connection is made only after the user completes the provider's authorization process. Users remain responsible for their accounts with those third-party providers and may revoke access according to the controls offered by Plus0 or the provider.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use Plus0 to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with service security, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, distribute malicious content, or misuse third-party services connected to Plus0.

5. AI-assisted functionality

Some Plus0 features use artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses or actions may not always be complete or error-free. Organizations should configure appropriate policies, permissions, and human oversight for workflows where accuracy or authorization is important.

6. Availability and changes

Plus0 may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Service availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, network conditions, or events outside Plus0's control.

7. Privacy

The handling of personal information is described in the Plus0 Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Plus0 and its associated software, branding, interfaces, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Plus0 intellectual property to users.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce applicable agreements. Users may stop using Plus0 and disconnect third-party integrations at any time, subject to applicable subscription or commercial terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plus0 is provided without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any limitations of liability applicable to a customer's commercial agreement with Plus0 continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Plus0 evolves or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published.
